Bermuda Repertory Theatre

Jan. 30, 1951, Saturday Night, mentions Bermuda theatre

In 1952, Christopher Plummer performed with the Bermuda Repertory Theatre, an all-Canadian company that presented plays in the Bermudiana Hotel. The plays usually featured well known visiting stage stars and ran for one week. The reviews by Frank Haworth appeared each Tuesday in Royal Gazette (Bermuda). The ads ran almost daily, usually with a photo of the star, but some ads did not have a photo. Christopher Plummer is mentioned in all of the reviews from the week of March 24 through the week of June 2. This isn't the complete list of his plays there. His bios also mention The Playboy of the Western World.
